Been going here for years, the food is always excellent. A trip to Key West world not be complete without stopping here. Stop and see for yourself, you won't be disappointed.

Very authentic and flavorful food. I had lobster roll, steamed garlic clams and fried sweet potatoes with my coconut drinks brought from neighbor store. Love it!

It is a pretty good place. Their garlic bread for their clams was so good. The lobster rolls were pretty good but I wouldn't necessarily would get it again. I love that they put the coleslaw on the side. The clams were okay, the seasoning for them were decent. The servers were really nice and welcoming. I would come back for the service.

I wanted some calamari and fish and chips. The food was hot and fresh but the taste of the food was Okay. Nothing to brag about. The counter help was attentive and helpful. She checked up on is just making sure we were good.

Amazing food. Quaint and unpretentious restaurant, with reasonable prices, friendly service, and absolutely delicious Mahi Tacos! Lobster Rolls are fantastic too. A must try

Love the lobster roll and the clam chowder. The clam chowder is tasty. The bread of the lobster roll has rich buttery flavor. Loved it!!! The only disappointment is the long line to get the great food!

Not worth the 45 minute wait for order and another 30 minute wait for food. Had to stand out on the street to wait and also eat. It's a small place with not much area to sit. I feel it's just too much hype. Yes the lobster roll didn't have any fillers but was cold and flavor less. Just cold lumps of lobster in a piece of bread. It wasn't oily or anything which is good, but they should have given some fresh slaw with it. Conch fritters were ok nothing remarkable. Lobster roll looks good in photos but very bland. Expensive. They might have been tired as there were lots of customers.

Lobster roll was great. Quick and friendly service. Easy to make a quick stop while your out at night.

Tuna taco was massive and delicious. Fritters were on point. Everything is homemade and it shows. Very laid back and the staff was friendly. Simply a no frills good eat.

I’ve been to Maine and Boston and eaten the real deal lobster rolls. THIS IS THE REAL DEAL. Just as good as eating at Red’s Eats but without the long line. Also my kid ate the chicken fingers those too were amazing. They must use the tenderloins for their chicken fingers. Oh almost forgot about the Clam Chodwer... Just eat here! Everything is good.

I go here constantly. Great service, the staff is so chill. Everything on the menu is great too so I can't promote just one thing. If you visit Key West you got to come here.

If you are looking for a good lobster roll, you should come to dj’s and give a try. It’s cold lobster roll with full lobster meats on a super delicious bettered bread.

DJ’s Clam Shack was recommended to us by our hotel (Bob from la Concha)concierge and my daughter and I were nothing but thrilled with this dive. We both shared clam chowder, conch fritters, and a lobster roll(their signature dish). It had a wonderful atmosphere ...picturesque... and the food was 10/10. Strongly recommend.

In the Keys for a few days and had a couple of Lobster rolls and Conch fritters at different places. We had not heard of this place or even known it was on Triple D with Guy Fiedi. If we had gone here first, we would have been disappointed everywhere else. These guys know how to fill your hunger. The Lobster rolls had so much full size lobster pieces that it was unreal. The bun was buttered perfectly. The Conch fritters were nicely done with large pieces on Conch and a wonderful batter. Onion rings where delicious and The chipotle dipping sauce was fantastic. Next time I can get back to the Keys, I am definitely looking for this place again! Congratulations on perfection! This is the place to beat!

Awesome lobster rolls. So good. The staff is very nice. And a very comfortable dining area.

The food is deftly worth 5 stars, The staff grows above and beyond to get your food out quick and get it to your table. You have to order out front and then go find yourself one of the 3 or force tables that there is in the place. Shall view like standing and eating your food this is the place for you. Not particularly me though. It also is a little bit high priced for what you get considered theirs roosters running around the dirty floor. However it is service dog friendly so that's a plus in my book. Even not expecting much this is a place to try out

Best lobster roll I've ever had, even in New England. SO. MUCH. LOBSTER!! Cole slaw was a little too sweet for me.

We are visiting Key West from Tennessee and had a wonderful lunch at DJs! Ordering the Cracked Conch taco I was unsure what to expect but was pleasantly surprised! Everything was cooked well and tasted delightful! You get two huge tacos with the order! Give em a try!

Arrived here after a city tour and realized this was one of the “Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives,” so obviously had to try it. I had the lobster roll and it was delicious. The place is small in the front, but there’s more seating on the side. It’s a very Key West place, relaxed and fun, and yet the service was exceptional. It’s not cheap, but the price is right considering the freshness of these sea food meals. Definitely recommend and will be coming back to try out other meals.

Everything we tried was delicious! Clam chowder, lobster roll, coconut shrimp (think it was the special of the day).

Wait in the line. It's worth it. You get crazy mounds of amazing deep fried seafood that magically disappear no matter how tall they are. The fried littlenecks are some of the best I've ever had.

DJ's Clam Shack is a really good seafood spot that has a variety of different choices of good food to select from. I enjoyed the experience here and they do a good job of preparing everything and having it ready in a little time. Everything that I tried here was tasty and delicious. I had a good time here.

The food and service here was quick and quality! The cracked conch, fried clams, garlic steamed clams, mahi tacos; all delicious.

This is the place to eat a wonderful lobster sandwich. It was amazing. Will always go there when in we are at Florida Keys.

We ate there on December 17th, because my family had seen this restaurant on TV. It is nothing fancy and that is part of the appeal. Not a huge menu, but more than enough to keep our party of 5 happy. The food and service was very, very good. They checked on us more than once, to make sure everything was good. The crab and the shrimp were prepared well and delicious. No, we did not have any clams. We would definitely go back again.

No frills, window service with great seafood. Prices are a bit steep, but very fair for the quality of the food. The overstuffed lobster roll is worth every penny. Everything is made to order, so if you don't like celery in your roll? No problem. Seating is a bit scarce, but we didn't have any real problem. Nice selection of soda and beer.

Popular due to the show, 'Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives,' but in all actuality a bit overrated. Great clam chowder, but nothing else was worth writing home about. There's definitely better seafood options in the area.

It was recommended I stop here while at port and I am so glad I did!! The food was simply delicious... I wish I had another right now! Staff was super friendly and even the chickens were welcoming! Right on the main strip in key west. Go check them out!!

Great lobster roll made with a very light dressing (kind of like mayonnaise but different). Friendly, fast service. TONS of fresh lobster meat, mostly large claw and some tail meat. Very tender and refreshing on a hot day.
